Sprint-by-Sprint Roadmap

Objective

Establish feature and global adoption baseline and validate three new interfaces with business (new map, rent estimator, conversational AI).

Deliverables
  • Extract Mixpanel baseline and calculate usability index per feature and global
  • New Map: functional interface with mocked data, validated with business
  • Rent Estimation: basic calculator flow validated
  • Conversational AI: basic chat interface (no LLM) validated with business

Feature and global adoption baseline defined. Three interfaces validated with business and ready for integration. This sprint doesn't move the index as it's the starting point.
